Team permissions
Admin
Everyone who has signed in to the site is listed here. Set what each person can do, and which roster card is theirs.
Team
| Person | Role | Roster card | Joined |
|---|
Viewer
Signed in and waiting. Can see the roster, nothing else, until someone here makes them a player.
Player
Opens the playbook, roster and resources, and edits their own roster card — the one linked here, or the one whose handle matches their Discord name.
Editor
Saves the whole playbook and roster, and manages the resources page. Can set roles below owner.
Owner
Everything, including making other owners and removing people from the list.
To add someone: send them stage4cs.com and have them sign in with Discord once. They appear here as a viewer, able to see the roster only, until you make them a player. Removing a person only takes them off this list — they can sign in again and come back as a viewer.
